Maverik To Break Ground On New Store

New 4,200-square-foot c-store planned for Spokane, Wash.  

Maverik, a North Salt Lake, Utah-based chain of convenience stores, is set to develop a new Spokane, Wash.-area convenience store, which would be its third in the Inland Northwest.

Brad McDougal, director of real estate for Maverik, told the Spokane Journal of Business that  the company aims to start construction on the new location in about two months. The store will be built at 717 N. Evergreen at the southwest corner of Evergreen Road and Broadway Avenue, and is expected to measure 4,200 square feet.
