Grilled Panini Pesto Sandwich

 


Ingredients

Sour dough bread

Roasted red bell pepper strips

Prepared pesto

2 Tablespoons

1/4 cup

Provolone cheese

Chicken of the Sea® Premium Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon, flaked

1 (3-oz.) pouch

1 (7.1-oz.) pouch

1 (40-oz.) pouch

Serving Size Makes:

2 sandwiches

4  sandwiches

22 sandwiches

 

Directions:

On one slice of bread, place 3 bell pepper strips, 1 Tablespoon pesto and one slice of cheese.  Top with Chicken of the Sea® Salmon and another slice of bread.  Grill on Panini grill or toaster until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.   Serve immediately.
