Hoshizaki America Inc. introduces the KM-650M_H Modular Crescent Cube Ice Machine, producing up to 680 pounds of ice per 24 hours. The slim line modular design is available in air-cooled, remote and water-cooled models. KM-650 Unit is protected by HoshiGuard Antimicrobial Agent within the ice making zone, and complies with all government guidelines. It features a stainless steel evaporator with no plating or chipping, which allows for individual crescent cubes to be formed on both sides of the evaporator and freezing of the purest water. The EverCheck Alert System sounds an audible warning when the machine is in need of service, and the CycleSaver design allows the cuber to produce the same quantity of ice in about half the cycles of other ice machines.
