Bake'n Joy Foods is expanding its line of PanFree FreshBakes with new Predeposited Cupcake Batters in yellow and chocolate 3-oz. cupcakes. The batters are deposited into decorative paper liners, so no muffin pans are needed; the paper pans are placed in plastic trays, 9 per layer, for easy handling and packed 36 to a case for convenient storage. They go from the freezer to the oven in minutes leaving time for decorating. The specially formulated batters bake up to moist cupcakes with a tight grain and smooth surface for easy decorating.
