The second annual CSD/Kleiman HR survey serves as an important benchmarking tool for industry operators, a summary of which will be published in our January issue.

All surveys returned will either be anonymous (no names required) or, you can provide your contact information to receive a complete, in-depth report on the survey's findings. All returned surveys will be held in strict confidence.

As an added bonus, CSD will randomly select one survey from those returned before Dec. 1 and will make a $250 donation to a charity of their choice.

The survey is set up in such a way that if you wish to skip a question you can. No question requires a mandatory answer. This survey will close on Nov. 30. A summary and the winner of the drawing will be made available online and in our January 2010 issue.
