Circle K Stores of Tempe, Ariz. has purchased 3.2 acres of vacant land in Marana, Ariz., from a private seller for $2.15 million, CoStar Group, a commercial real estate information company reported.

Located off I-10 at Ina Road, the newly purchased property surrounds the existing Circle K building at 4500 W. Ina Road, creating the perfect opportunity for expansion.

Using the new land, Circle K plans to construct a new 4,500-square-foot to 5,000-square-foot c-store, with 12 to 14 gas pumps. The new site will be an upgrade over the existing site, which currently features a 2,800-square-foot building with two gas pumps.
