Circle K breaks ground on c-store, gas station and car wash on a 90,000 square foot property for mixed-use development.
On Monday, Circle K broke ground on a new prototype in Southern California at 1450 S. Sanderson Ave. in San Jacinto, which is scheduled to open later this year.
The new Circle K/ Mobile prototype is being built on 1.24 acres of land and consist of a 4,500-square-foot convenience store offering fresh food, a Mobil gas station with eight fuel pumps, and a self-serve car wash, the Press Enterprise reported.
The new Circle K building marks the first phase of Esplanade Commons, a 90,000-square-foot mixed-use shopping center development that is being planned by Southland Development Company of San Juan Capistrano and RoBott Land Co. of Beverly Hills.
