Kum & Go now has 67 LEED-certified stores, with 16 additional projects under construction.
Kum & Go has opened a new 5,000-square-foot convenience store, the first of its kind in Jonesboro, Ark. at 2214 E. Johnson Ave.
Customers were invited to stop by during opening week, earlier this December, to enjoy fresh pizza for only $1 a slice.
Kum & Go now has seven stores in Jonesboro and 42 stores throughout Arkansas. This new store is designed to provide fast and friendly service for customers, with a “Go Fresh Market” offering a wide array of freshly made-to-order pizzas, baked goods, and breakfast and deli sandwiches—all prepared daily in Kum & Go’s onsite kitchen. Outside, a wide array of fuel options give customers more value and choices at the pump, including diesel and E-85 fuel.
Kum & Go stores are saving energy and water through the company’s commitment to sustainable practices. New stores, such as the one in Jonesboro, are designed, constructed and submitted for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. Kum & Go currently has 67 LEED-certified stores, with 16 additional projects under construction—the most of any convenience retailer in the nation.
Kum & Go has grown to more than 420 convenience stores in 11 states (Iowa, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming).
