With 14 locations, the Oklahoma-based convenience store chain is happily throwing away all paper applications to embrace the new HR software. “Employees literally cheered when they heard the news,” said Amy Smith, vice president of Domino Food and Fuel.
Until the recent implementation of HIRE, Domino Food and Fuel used paper applications and an internal online system to manage onboarding.
