BP announced Friday, Aug. 24, that regular gasoline it supplies to retailers in Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin is within normal specifications and is available for purchase by consumers.
Regular gasoline makes up more than 80% of BP’s sales volume in the region.
Premium and midgrade gasoline is back within normal specifications through much of the region. However, pending further quality testing and resupply, BP has decided to temporarily suspend sales of premium and midgrade at some retail sites in Indianapolis and Chicagoland.
