Sealed-bid process starts Wednesday, Aug. 15 and ends Oct. 18.
Convenience store giant 7-Eleven is renovating a former Wilson Farms store on Denison Parkway in Corning, N.Y., scheduled for completion this fall, and preparing to divest 30 more, The Leader Online reported.
7-Eleven bought Buffalo, N.Y.-based Wilson Farm’s 188-store New York network last year from a private equity firm and the Nanula family.
7-Eleven plans to sell 30 of the former Wilson Farms stores in upstate New York through a sealed-bid process that starts Wednesday, Aug. 15 and ends Oct. 18.
The 30 stores are located from Fredonia south of Buffalo to Chazy, near the Canadian border in northern New York.
Six of the locations are convenience stores only, while the other 24 also sell gasoline.
