Parkers presents a Monster electric guitar to a 50-year-old customer for participating in its latest text contest.
Parkers, a c-store located in Savannah, Ga., awarded a local customer with a Monster electric guitar as a part of its June Text Contest.
Greg Parker, president and CEO of Parkers, presented Pooler, Ga., local Gregg Geiger with the guitar.
“This guitar has definitely found a good home,” Geiger said. “I love music and my daughter plays guitar.”
The June Text Contest is part of a monthly contest series at Parker’s that encourages customers to text a specific number to enter the giveaway. Parker’s is currently promoting a July Gas Giveaway, offering the chance to win $50 in gas every day throughout the month.
Parker said the company’s Text Contests is just one way it rewards customers for their loyalty. Parker’s also offers a PumpPal program, which saves customers 10 cents on every gallon of gas purchased at a Parker’s location. Since February 2011, the program has saved customers nearly $2 million on gas.
Parkers operates 27 convenience stores in the Georgia and South Carolina areas.
