Chevron Adds inOvationTV

Chevron’s Video-at-the-Pump program featuring inOvationTV is available immediately to selected retailers and can be installed via retrofit to existing Wayne Ovation fuel dispensers.

Chevron has approved the new inOvationTV media platform for its Video-at-the-Pump program.

Wayne, A GE Energy Business and global innovator of fuel dispensers and technologies, and Gas Station TV (GSTV) will make the inOvation TV platform available to up to 1,000 qualifying Texaco- and Chevron-branded retail fuel locations throughout the U.S.

inOvationTV enables fuel retailers to inform and entertain motorists at the pump with programming that includes ESPN sports, HLN news and entertainment, Bloomberg TV business and financial updates, AccuWeather local weather reports, on-site promotions and original programming that also includes c-store promotions. This technology platform allows Chevron- and Texaco-branded retailers, without upgrade costs, to differentiate their sites and provide customers a superior fueling experience.

The inOvationTV platform is built on Wayne’s iX Media platform with integrated 10.4-inch VGA displays. The program includes system installation and maintenance and six years of technical support and delivers GSTV dynamic programming, featuring ESPN sports, AccuWeather forecasts, Bloomberg Business News and GSTV’s original social media television show, “Your Neighborhood.” In addition, retailers have the opportunity to work with GSTV on a regular basis to develop customized promotions just for their sites, which become part of the featured content.
