Warning letters to note the time of day an inspection took place following NATO request.
The FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) sent a letter, dated Feb. 1, to NATO announcing the change, after NATO requested that warning letters include the time of day that compliance inspections took place in a letter dated Jan. 16.
“This information would be helpful to retailers in determining which employees were working at the time of the inspection and facilitate taking any appropriate corrective actions,” NATO explained.
