Joe Ivy appointed vice president of manufacturing and operations.

Ryko Solutions Inc., North America’s largest manufacturer of car wash equipment and a major provider of service support and chemicals to the industry, has added Joe Ivy as vice president of manufacturing and operations at the company’s 250,000 square foot facility located in Grimes, Iowa.

Ivy joins Ryko following the management of his own consulting group dedicated to engineering and construction management and a very successful 12 years with Bridgestone Americas Inc., where he directed manufacturing and strategic global sourcing for three facilities located in Des Moines, Nashville and Decatur, Ill.

“Joe is a tremendous addition to Ryko’s leadership team bringing solid expertise in manufacturing and engineering, including a strong track-record in productivity improvement, cost reduction and quality management,” said Steven L’Heureux, CEO of Ryko Solutions Inc. “His broad senior leadership experience and business acumen will be invaluable to our company as we strengthen our operations and expand capacity to meet our growth targets.”

“Ryko has a longstanding reputation as the industry leader that builds high quality products at competitive costs with world-class technology and integration. I am excited about the challenges as well as the opportunities that are before the Ryko family. With this said, my primary focus will be to ensure we continue to meet and/or exceed both our internal and external customer expectations,” said Ivy.
