Rutter’s Trains Through the Web

Rutter’s Farm Stores now trains its new employees through online training services having teamed with both Ready Training Inc. and Targeted Solutions.

Rutter’s Farm Stores has launched a new partnership to bring online training services to its employees.

The company will work with Ready Training, Inc, a full-service online training company, and Targeted Solutions, a convenience petroleum consulting company, to build a Web-based training program tailor-made for Rutter’s team members and managers.

“We believe this partnership will introduce enhanced training methods to our employees, which will enable us to provide even better service to our customers,” said Jere Matthews, vice president of operations for Rutter’s.

Since 2004, Ready Training Online (RTO) has harnessed the power of cloud computing to become the leader in online training / eLearning for the convenience and petroleum industry.

“We are very excited to partner with the team at Rutter’s,” said Jeff Kahler, president and CEO of RTO. “As they continue to grow, we’ll provide an important resource for delivering a more consistent message online to not only their new associates, but experienced team members as well.”

Targeted Solutions is a top-to-bottom consulting firm for the retail industry. Tom Hart, founder and CEO of the company, said he is proud to be involved in developing educational offerings to Rutter’s Farm Stores.

“With our latest release, ‘Guide to Success – The First 24 Hours,’ we’ll be able to offer an HR solution to guide both trainers and trainees to a successful start during the hiring and training process,” Hart concluded.
