ConocoPhillips Joins Kickback’s Coalition Loyalty Program

ConocoPhillips today reported that it has joined the Kickback Points Coalition Loyalty Program. This compelling program will offer Phillips 66, Conoco and 76-branded retailers a turnkey and cost effective loyalty solution. Participating consumers can earn and redeem points instantly for fuel and merchandise purchases at participating Phillips 66, Conoco and 76-branded sites as well as other participating coalition sites.

The Kickback Points Coalition Loyalty Program will deliver state-of-the-art customer relationship management tools, highly personalized rewards, and real-time program reporting. The program’s flexibility allows participating retailers to identify their most loyal customers and engage them through customized offerings.

“This program is particularly appealing because it was developed to improve site profitability. It was created by a petroleum retailer for a petroleum retailer. The simplicity and flexibility of the program makes it attractive to both single site operators and multi-site chains,” said Mike Krampf, ConocoPhillips’ brand value manager.

ConocoPhillips will introduce the Kickback Points Coalition Loyalty Program starting with sites on the West Coast in the third-quarter 2011.

“Ten years ago, I developed this program in response to big-box retailers entering my market and steeply discounting gasoline. The program allowed me to remain competitive in the market by providing my customers with a more compelling value proposition,” said Pat Lewis, CEO of Kickback Points LLC.

I have no idea what points are redeemed for. I asked cashier when it first started and she was clueless!!! There is no pamphlets on it where I get gas. The website doesn’t even have an area you can go to explaining this program or the point system……..Hellooooooooooooo. Ten years in the making….lol. What value is there if you have a program rolled out with no info about it??? This program was POORLY ROLLED OUT!!!
