Associates of Kroger’s Columbus Division, an affiliate of The Kroger Co., have ratified an agreement with United Food and Commercial Workers Local 75.
The agreement covers approximately 3,000 associates in Toledo and Northwest Ohio working in 26 stores and 12 fuel centers. Stores are located in the metropolitan Toledo, Ohio area and Findlay, Fremont, Tiffin, Port Clinton and Fostoria.
“We thank our associates for their service to our customers during this process and every day,” said Bruce Macaulay, president of Kroger’s Columbus Division. “This agreement provides our associates one of the best total compensation packages in our industry. It includes good wages, high-quality affordable health care and a pension when they retire.”

Kroger, operates 2,468 supermarkets and multi-department stores in 31 states under two dozen local banner names including Kroger, City Market, Dillons, Jay C, Food 4 Less, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, King Soopers, QFC, Ralphs and Smith’s. The company also operates 784 convenience stores, 372 fine jewelry stores, 932 supermarket fuel centers and 40 food processing plants in the U.S.
