Gilbarco said it has expanded its range of compliant payment solutions with the introduction of a fully-certified FlexPay CRIND being released next month.
The free-standing FlexPay OPT packages Gilbarco’s PCI- and EMV-compliant FlexPay terminal as a fuel-island card reader that can be positioned next to the pump and support single or multiple fuel dispensers.
“Gilbarco’s FlexPay OPT is a great value for retailers who want to add PCI and EMV compliant payment to their fuel islands where there is currently no pay-at-the-pump or where it is not feasible to add a compliant CRIND to each dispenser,” said Scott McDowell, marketing manager for North American payment products at Gilbarco Veeder-Root.
The FlexPay product line has EuroPay MasterCard Visa (EMV) Level 1 and Level 2 certification, Interac Association Device Certification for outdoor payment solutions, and Payment Card Industry Encrypting PIN Entry Device (PCI PED) approvals.
Gilbarco’s FlexPay OPT supports its Generic and Major Oil Company CRIND interfaces.
