Susser Holdings Corp. has selected KSS to help manage its fuel prices at more than 500 locations in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
Susser expanded its relationship with KSS after it acquired Town and Country Food Stores, which was an existing KSS customer during the acquisition. KSS is a global supplier of fuels pricing analytics, execution and optimization systems to industries including convenience stores, oil and gas, grocery and big-box.
For its fuel pricing solutions, Susser selected KSS PriceNet, including remote access modules known as PriceNet Mobile and PriceNet Web.
Headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas, Susser will use PriceNet to help manage fuel prices and streamline the headquarters fuels pricing process to respond more rapidly to ever-increasing cost and price volatility. The PriceNet Mobile and Web modules will also allow field-based personnel to report key pricing events as they occur and quickly receive price updates and other key performance data.
“KSS track record at Town and Country convinced us of the business value that PriceNet can bring to our fuels pricing operations in supporting our mission of delivering quality fuels at competitive prices combined with fast, friendly service,” said Craig Scotton, director of fuels for Susser Holdings.
“Susser Holdings is a highly successful and very customer-focused operator and we are proud to be associated with them as a valued supplier,” said Bob Stein, KSS chief executive officer and president. “We look forward to expanding the use of our PriceNet solution across the Susser network of sites.”
