Carlin replaces Crause as head of Fluid Transfer group.

OPW Fueling Components, producer of commercial and retail fueling equipment, has named Phil Carlin president of its OPW Fuel Management Systems Inc. business unit. Carlin will replace David Crouse who was recently promoted

to president of OPW Fluid Transfer Group, another Dover Company.

Carlin has held the position of vice president, sales and marketing at OPW Fueling Components since 2000. He earned his Bachelor Degree from Syracuse University, and will report directly to OPW president Craig McNeill.

“Phil is assuming the helm of OPW Fuel Management Systems with a strong management team in position and a pipeline of new products in development,” stated McNeill, president OPW Fueling Components. “Based on his performance-driven management style and experience, he is the ideal person to ensure the continued growth of the company.”
