rutters experiences shifts in power

New executives moved into position within store’s corporate structure.

York, Pa.-based Rutter’s has experienced some recent changes in personnel, altering the chain’s financial and operational staff.

The new changes include the transfer of Patty Chatterdon from Rutter’s Farm Stores’ training supervisor to Rutter’s system support manager. Other changes include three new hires: Casey Sheehe as director of training, Mary Kelkis as financial analyst and William Bolden as a Maryland salesman for Rutter’s Dairy.

The family-owned Rutter’s companies include Rutter’s Farm Stores, which operates 51 convenience stores in York, Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and Lancaster counties; Rutter’s Dairy, which serves Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey; and M&G Realty, a real estate holding company. The companies employ more than 1,000 people.
